At Rosemarie Garutti Art, each piece is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
AUSTRALIA-ONLY SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
Orders placed with a delivery address outside of Australia will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future — please follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Original artworks and hand-signed prints may require additional handling time to ensure safe packaging and drying time (if freshly varnished or painted).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer free within Australia.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard shipping: 3–10 business days (depending on your location)
Express shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
All orders are sent using reputable carriers such as Australia Post, with tracking provided.
PACKAGING AND HANDLING
All artworks are packaged with great care:
Original artworks are wrapped in protective layers and boxed securely.
Fragile items may include additional reinforcement to prevent damage in transit.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact rosemarie@rosemariegaruttiart.com.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

LOCAL PICKUP (OPTIONAL)
If you live near Ingham, Queensland, local pickup may be available by prior arrangement.
