7-DAY RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

At Rosemarie Garutti Art, we want you to love your purchase. Each piece of art is created and packaged with care. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items.

This policy applies to original artworks and art prints purchased directly through our online store at www.rosemariegaruttiart.com.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging in which it was received.

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Commissioned or custom artworks

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling, exposure, or incorrect storage

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (see “Damaged Items” below).

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact Us First
    Email rosemarie@rosemariegaruttiart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the item.

  2. Return Authorization
    If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Shipping Your Return

    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

    • Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt as proof of return.

    • Items lost during return shipping cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rosemarie@rosemariegaruttiart.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. In all other cases, please follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired item.
